Shipping Policy

For delivery locations within India We offer Free Shipping for all orders over INR 4499 within India, and charge a flat Shipping and Handling Fee of INR 150 for all orders below INR 4499.

For International delivery location

For international orders, the shipping cost will be based on actuals. Please note, you may need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order. Our usual dispatch time is 12-15 business days (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days). Since some of our products are personalised or made-to-order, dispatch times can differ between products For products with higher predicted dispatch times, we will update the information on the time of order.

For every order, we will send all the ordered products at the same time. This practice helps us save excess packaging use and keep our and your carbon footprint lower. Hence, if you have ordered a product with a longer dispatch time, please take that as the expected dispatch time for all the products in your order. Our delivery timelines are based on your location and the courier service.

Return Policy

All our products are made with adherence to our quality standards and they pass through quality control checks before they are shipped out to you. Our products are natural and artisan-made, which could lead to some colour and design variations- these shouldn't be viewed as defects, but rather as the individuality of that piece.

There are 2 cases in which we would accept a return request:

1. The product is unusable or otherwise damaged in transit.
2. The sizing is incorrect as per the standard size chat.

 

If you need to raise a return request for either of these 2 reasons, please email us at tiflaagaaz@gmail.com  with the subject line "Return request (Order Number)" and we will get back to you in 3 business days. We accept returns within 2 days of  receiving the merchandise. As an added precaution, we request you take a video from your smartphone as proof while unpacking. We request you to send this video to our email address - tiflbyaagaazjaipur@gmail.com  Products under promotions/sales/discounts will not be accepted for returns.

We do not offer refunds for any orders. Once your email request for returns is approved. After we receive the product return with all tags attached, we will offer you the option to exchange the returned product with a 10% discount. This will be valid for 3 months from the date of return. We will not be including delivery charges as part of our policy.
